Who crafts Magical Attitude jewellery, and where is it made?

Every single piece is designed, hand-sculpted, assembled, and finished personally by me (Melissa), the founder and sole artisan behind Magical Attitude. All items are created in my shrine-studio in South London, UK.

What materials are used to sculpt your relics?

Instead of plastic resins or mass-produced factory castings, I use a specialised, natural Japanese volcanic-ash paper clay. It cures into a remarkably sturdy, lightweight piece that takes colours and shading very well.

Are the animal bones ethically sourced?

Yes, strictly and unconditionally. All natural bone elements (such as snake vertebrae) are sourced exclusively from independent bone collectors—including Myhalia Studio and Nature’s Curios. These elements are harvested strictly from natural death salvage and ethical taxidermy by-products. No animals are ever harmed in the creation of my art.

Where do your gemstones, pearls and crystals come from?

All natural pearls and a lot of the gemstones are sourced from vintage necklaces, rescued from preloved stock and reclaimed jewellery to minimise environmental impact. Other gemstones (such as moonstone and quartz) are sourced from dedicated, ethical UK crystal stockists—primarily Positively Reiki & Crystals—who prioritize fair-wage mining.

Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. I prioritise body-safe, non-reactive metals. Earring hooks and wire wraps feature pure, implant-grade anodised niobium, titanium, 18k gold wire, and stainless steel—making them hypoallergenic and completely free of nickel and harsh plating.

How are the pieces spiritually fixed and sealed?

Beyond the physical craft, every piece functions as a wearable altar and spiritual armour. Handcrafted with intention by a priestess with over three years of devoted service to the energy of life, each creation is deeply rooted in Caribbean-European lineage. Every piece is fixed under lunar and solar alignments and sealed at the Crossroads to serve as a daily physical anchor to your truth.
