Hypoallergenic implant-grade Niobium (similar to titanium) with 18k gold-plated wirework and a little bone charm adornment, which was passed on by a taxidermy fan and bone collector in Australia. Drops at a medium length of 4cm.
All bone-containing talismans and accessories have been sanctified under the moon many times over.
