Hypoallergenic implant-grade Niobium (similar to titanium) with 18k gold-plated wirework and ethically sourced snake vertebrae dangling in reclaimed silver-tone moon-esque circles. Drops at a longer length of 4.5cm

All bone-containing talismans and accessories have been sanctified under the moon many times over. The snake vertebrae in this case were passed on by a taxidermy fan and bone collector in Australia.
