As a one-woman artisan brand committed to zero-waste and conscious consumption, every garment is made-to-order specifically for you. This commitment to small-batch production means I do not hold most inventory.
I view every purchase as a long-term investment in independent art rather than a transient item.

✧ Repairs & Care: Looking After Your Treasure ✧
I want your pieces to last a lifetime. As part of my commitment to slow fashion, I am happy to offer complimentary repairs, replacements, or a refresh & cleansing of your jewellery items within the first 12 months of purchase.
- The Service: free within 12 months of purchase.
- Shipping: to access this service, the customer is responsible for the cost of tracked shipping both ways (sending it to my studio and the return postage back to you).

Items That Can Be Returned (Small Accessories)
If you change your mind about a Standard, non-customised Accessory (items not marked as Made-to-Order), you may return it for a refund (excluding original delivery costs) under these conditions:
- Notification: Notify me via email within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Return Dispatch: You have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back.
- Condition: The accessory must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please re-package it carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Customer Pays Return Postage
The cost and risk of returning the item for a change of mind are the customer's responsibility. I highly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refund
Once I receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Made-to-Order Clothing)
Due to the bespoke nature of my production process, which begins immediately after your order is confirmed, most items are legally exempt from refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" (e.g., incorrect size, unwanted colour, or change of heart).
- No Returns for Change of Mind: This applies to all items designated as Made-to-Order (clothing and customised goods). Because these are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold.
- Help me help you: If you are at all unsure about a fit, please message me on WhatsApp before ordering! I want you to love what you receive.
Your Rights: Faulty or Defective Items
In line with UK Consumer Law, I stand behind the quality of my collection. You are fully protected if the item you receive is not as it should be.
Please report any faults as soon as they are discovered. Send an email immediately if you experience:
- Manufacturing faults (e.g., a ripped seam, broken zipper).
- Not as described (e.g., received a different item or design than ordered).
If your item has a manufacturing fault, contact me at [email protected] and I will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any standard shipping costs.
Processing a Faulty Item
- Contact: Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- Resolution: Once the fault is confirmed, I will provide instructions for the return or replacement.
- Refund/Replacement: Upon receipt or confirmation of the fault, I will issue your refund or dispatch a replacement within 14 calendar days.
