Our Philosophy on Returns (Ethos and Investment)
As a slow-fashion brand committed to zero-waste and conscious consumption, every garment is made-to-order just for you. This commitment to small-batch, individual production means we do not hold inventory, reflecting the idea of your purchase as a long-term investment rather than a transient item.

Items That Can Be Returned (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind about a Standard, non-customised Accessory, you may return it for a full refund (excluding the original delivery costs) under the following conditions:
- Notification: You must notify us of your intention to return the item via email to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Return Dispatch: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back.
Condition: The accessory must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns for items showing signs of wear or damage. Please re-package the item carefully, ideally using the original recyclable packaging, to prevent damage during transit.
Customer Pays Return Postage
The cost and risk of returning the item for a change of mind are the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Customised Products)
Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, which begins immediately after your order is confirmed, we are legally exempt from offering a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind (e.g., incorrect size, unwanted colour, change of heart).
- No Returns/Refunds for Change of Mind: This applies to all items designated as Made-to-Order or Customised in your order confirmation, as they are created specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Your Rights: Faulty or Defective Items
In line with UK Consumer Law, we stand behind the quality of our collection. You are fully protected if the item you receive is not as it should be.
- Upon receiving your item, report any faults or defects as soon as it is discovered
Send us an email asap if you have issues with:
- faults (f.e. a seam is ripped, zipper is broken).
- not as described (f.e. received a different item than described).
If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund, including any standard shipping costs.
Processing a Faulty Return
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- Return Authorisation: Once the fault is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for returning the item to our UK studio.
- Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty item, we will issue your refund or dispatch a replacement within 14 calendar days.
