A. Custom, Made-to-Order Apparel (The core of our slow fashion ethos)

Our apparel products are designed to be ethical and sustainable, meaning they are made-to-order specifically for you following your purchase.

1. Manufacturing Period: Orders for custom apparel require a production lead time of approximately 14 business days before shipping. This is the time required for local, ethical manufacturing.
2. Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display the colours and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the product's true colours.
3. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on our site remain the intellectual property of Magical Attitude Fashion House London.

B. Non-Custom Accessories

Some non-custom accessories (e.g., standard jewellery, belts) are pre-made items and do not require the extended production lead time of our apparel. Their separate return terms are detailed in our Returns Policy.

C. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We will send an email confirming receipt of your order. A contract is formed only when we send a second email confirming that your order has entered production or (for non-custom items) has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate. Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
2. Payment Security: Payment is handled securely by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe Payments, PayPal). We do not store full credit card details.
3. Customs and Duties: If you are ordering internationally, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applied by your country. Where available via our shipping provider (e.g., Printful), you will be given the option at checkout to pay these duties and taxes upfront. Selecting the DDP option ensures the final cost is clear and means you will not face additional charges upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address you provided. We offer safe tracked delivery only.

Delivery Delays: While we strive for ethical and local production, delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by our third-party carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL) or due to customs procedures.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Any costs incurred for re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be your responsibility.

DDP Service: By offering the option to pre-pay duties (DDP), we aim to provide a clearer and smoother international delivery experience for you.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

A. Custom Apparel (Faulty Items)

Due to the custom nature of our ethical apparel, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered). We only accept returns for items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

• If an item is faulty, you must contact us immediately upon discovery. You retain your 30-day short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

B. Non-Custom Accessories (Change of Mind)

For non-custom accessories, you have the statutory right to cancel your order and return the item for a refund for up to 14 days after receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

C. Order Cancellation

• Custom Apparel: As production begins quickly to maintain our slow fashion deadlines, cancellations for custom apparel are only permitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, the production process cannot be stopped.
• Accessories: Non-custom accessory orders may be cancelled before the item is dispatched.

6. Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with these T&Cs or any product shall not exceed the total price of the product purchased.
2. Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. General

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2. Entire Agreement: These T&Cs, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Magical Attitude Fashion House London.
